He was the National Director of Used Vehicles and lead trainer and helped develop all of the used car innovations at the company. Bob came in and showed my team how to effectively set our preowned cars apart from the competition. Through building descriptions and telling the story of the cars history and reconditioning journey, we increased volume and PVR. We were able to train our team to tell the story and give them something to talk about other than just price. Bob's hands on training approach also instilled confidence in our management team to carry on the strategy which has now taken us away from "racing to the bottom" when pricing cars online.
